The Conference fees cover the followings:
Conference attendance, coffee breaks, lunches as scheduled, conference materials, and conference dinner.
The conference dinner for accompanying persons is not included, and reservations for them should be made below at the time of registration

The conference dinner, based on Japanese cuisine, will be served at Room Magnolia in the Sheraton Miyako Hotel (a 5-minute walk from the conference venue).
Additionally, the Sheraton Miyako Hotel is offering a special three-night stay for conference participants from June 3rd, at 36,300 yen per night (single room), and the sister hotel, Miyako City Tokyo Takanawa (about a 15-minute walk from the conference venue), is also offering a special rate of under 30,000 yen per night per room. Available numbers are limited, so please contact the organizing committee (ahr2026@ahrw-tokyo.jp) if you are interested.
Around Shinagawa Station, the nearest station to the conference venue at Meiji Gakuin University, there is a wide range of hotels and accommodations, from family-friendly to business-oriented, as suggested on the conference website, Accounting History Review International Conference 2026. Please also contact the organizing committee (ahr2026@ahrw-tokyo.jp) with any accommodation inquiries.
If you would like to bring small children to the banquet, please contact the organizing committee. We can discuss a different menu to be served at a reasonable price at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel.
